IET creates customized, innovative, and engaging e-learning solutions that focus on employment law and professional development topics.
Human resource professionals now have available a cost-effective and interactive approach to workforce training that enables large numbers of employees to access convenient, highly relevant, topical online courses.

Established in 1996, IET is owned and operated by employment lawyers. IET's courses are all easily customized. In fact, IET's discriminatory harassment prevention solutions all include the employer's discriminatory harassment policy and a message from the president or another member of upper management. IET's employment lawyers and HR professionals work with employers to provide customized solutions at an off the shelf price. At IET, combining pieces of different courses, swapping in some new pictures and editing text to provide a tailored solution are not big deals. IET also prides itself on a sophisticated compliance tracking and course announcement tool.

IET has accepted no outside investors.
