I co-authored IET's sexual harassment training with Allison Plesur, Esq. We are nationally known employment lawyers who have litigated many sexual harassment cases. We have both lectured and written extensively on sexual harassment laws. We developed this course in consultation with three Education Directors: a women's rights advocate, a human resources professional and a neutral from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. The course was co-developed by AIG.

Our sexual harassment training is interactive and engaging. Your employees will not just be clicking "Next" to get to the end of a dry online textbook. Our course places a supervisor in the middle of eleven workplace scenarios - which we can easily tailor to your workplace. Preventive principles come to life in these very realistic scenarios.

Our course was built around the belief that your employees do not need a lecture on the state of the law. We believe that your employees need information they can actually use on the job, so our course includes practical guidance and information. We understand the need to reinforce your organization's commitment to preventing discriminatory harassment, so we will include your organization's discriminatory harassment policy and a message from a member of senior management. We have seen that employers benefit when employees feel they can communicate their concerns within an organization, so our course encourages your employees to ask Human Resources about the course and to follow your organization's discriminatory harassment policy.

We also have compliance tracking technology that meets your needs. For example, our course asks employees to certify whether they work in California, Connecticut or elsewhere. They are automatically provided with required state specific information. Also, IET gives you a range of compliance tracking options. You can choose to have your employees provide your organization with a course completion certificate for your records. You can also take advantage of IET's online Compliance Tracking Tool or your own Learning Management System.
