Rena has over twenty years of senior level experience in Human Resources and Corporate Administration in organizations both publicly and privately held.
For the past three years, she has worked as a human resources consultant facilitating human resource solutions for emerging organizations.
Prior to that, Ms. Cohen served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for an industry leader in the natural food industry. She successfully conducted due diligence and integrated over eight acquisitions from both the strategic business and human resources perspectives during her tenure. Rena also worked for a large manufacturer for over fifteen years. She started her career with a major law firm.
Rena's main areas of human resources expertise are in strategic planning, training, policies and procedures, employee relations, and benefit plan design and implementation.
Rena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1978 from the State University of New York at Albany. |
