Allison is a graduate of the New York State School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University and New York Law School. Ms. Plesur represents employees as well as employers in a wide range of both employment and labor matters.
Ms. Plesur has lectured extensively to groups of employers and employees regarding employment rights. Ms. Plesur co-authored all of HRTrain’s training programs. She co-authored "A Call For Brightlines To Fix The Fair Labor Standards Act", Hofstra Labor Law Journal, Volume 2, Number 2, Spring 1994. |
