| David A. Robins, Esq. attended the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School of Law. David, a partner in Lipman & Plesur, LLP has litigated many administrative hearings and is currently representing employees and employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. He is a contributing editor for the treatise Estimating and Proving Damages In Employment Cases. He also co-authored a sexual harassment article entitled: "Court's Harassment Rulings Provide Ammunition for Both Sides" for the New York Law Journal. David was also a hearing officer for the New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau. He is an active member of the Labor Committees for the Nassau County Bar Association as well as the Suffolk County Bar Association. David provides editorial comment on HRTrain’s courses. |
