1. I represent that I have read and agree to all of the terms of this agreement.

2. I will be billed $425 USD for the CD-ROM. New York residents will be charged an additional 8.5% sales tax.

3. If I am dissatisfied with this CD-ROM, I understand I will be able to return within 20 days for a full refund.

4. I understand and agree that no warranty is made by Interactive Employment Training, Inc. regarding the CD-ROM and Interactive Employment Training, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims (1) any and all warranties as to the accuracy or content of information; (2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. I fully understand and agree that any liability of Interactive Employment Training, Inc. \ their officers, directors, employees, agents or independent contractors, including without limitation any liability for damages caused or allegedly caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence or other tortious behavior, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid to Interactive Employment Training, Inc. Some states DO NOT allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or inconsequential damages for the above limitation or exclusion. This may not apply to you.

6. This CD-ROM may be used only by the employer of the individual purchasing it to train its employees. Ownership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

7. Public Domain Material, all material displayed in the CD-ROM is copyrighted by Interactive Employment Training, Inc. and may not be copied, redistributed or otherwise duplicated either in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Interactive Employment Training, Inc.

8. The CD-ROM may be used on only one computer at a time.

9. Nothing in this CD-ROM you are about to purchase may be construed as legal advice. No relationship is being formed between your organization and the attorneys that provided any content for the Video and CD-ROM. You agree that there can be no conflict of interest should those attorneys have any adversarial relationship with your organization. Please contact an employment lawyer if you have any specific legal questions.

10. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York and all disputes arising here from shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York.
