Windows

1. Close down all programs on your computer and disable your screen saver.

2. Insert the CD in the CD-ROM drive.

3. An IET customized disk or a blank formatted disk must be inserted in your computer's drive A: in order to track the names of those who have completed the program. Important: a disk must be inserted into drive A: for the program to run properly. The disk drive cannot be left open.

4. Access the files on the drive for the CD-ROM - usually the D: drive. Click on the "My Computer" icon and double click on the HR TRAINING icon and then click on the Start icon which appears with a picture of a movie projector.

5. This program requires that QuickTime be installed on the hard drive of every computer running the program. If the program freezes before you hear anything or see any video clip, you do not have QuickTime installed on the computer's hard drive. If you need to install QuickTime or if you are not sure whether you need to install it, skip to the Quicktime Installation Instructions at this point. If you already have QuickTime installed on your computer you can ignore the QuickTime installation procedure.

6. Double click on the START video icon.

7. Enter "9999" for your password.
