A purchase of any of HRTrain's courses gives your organization access to HRTrain's Compliance Tracking Tool ("CTT"). The CTT is a password-protected website which allows your organization to access information about employees you have registered as trainees.

The CTT allows you to run reports in real-time to see who has completed training, monitor training progress, record start and completion dates, and access other useful information. The CTT handles reporting capabilities as well as everything from granting access to course completion data to e-mailing employees to inform them about training requirements.

Using the "CTT" you can:

  • Send us information on the employees you want to assign to courses and we will register them or, if you want, you may have the option to add individual users in real time.
  • Announce training requirements via individual e-mails. Send us the e-mail text you would like and we will arrange for your registered employees to receive an e-mail message complete with user name, password and a course access link. Alternatively, you have the option of sending notification e-mails yourself. E-mail tracking functions are available in either case.
  • Run reports by title, department, region and/or other fields you may want to use as report parameters. You can track start and completion dates, and interim course progress. Our reports are available in a printer friendly format and may be easily exported to a spreadsheet.

If your organization has its own Learning Management System ("LMS"), courses that have been made SCORM or AICC compliant can be easily added to your course catalog.

Our SCORM and AICC courses can run seamlessly on dozens of different Learning Management Systems. This allows you full control over such things as assignments, reports, etc.
