Welcome to the preview of HRTrain’s online course: Conflict Resolution: Dealing With Co-Workers Who Drive You Crazy.

This course is designed to help employees avoid or more easily work through interpersonal conflicts that may arise in the workplace based upon their individual personality styles.

Employees complete a conflict resolution questionnaire and personality style profile to provide information about their individual personality style.

Their responses are analyzed, and a discussion of different components of their personality styles is provided, as well as a discussion of the workplace impact of those styles.

Employees are also encouraged to explore information concerning other personality styles in order to obtain information about how to better understand conflicts with their co-workers.

Discussion of potential conflicts between personality styles is explored to help employees focus on what they can do to help improve their workplace environment and productivity.
