In this interactive web-based seminar, supervisors will learn how to prevent and defend employee lawsuits by employing effective documentation and communication in the discipline and evaluation process. Following a brief introduction, supervisors will be presented with multiple workplace scenarios. Through in-depth interactive case study analysis, supervisors will be able to differentiate between a "good" and "bad" approach to discipline and evaluations. Supervisors will learn the importance of documenting each step of the discipline and evaluation process and how to communicate effectively with employees.
