This interactive web-based seminar is specifically designed to address real workplace diversity issues and provide practical tools that enable employers to affect change. The goal of the workshop is to encourage executives, managers and employees to appreciate the importance of diversity, recognize barriers to achieving diversity, and develop tools to promote a more inclusive work environment. This seminar is participant-centered, and will consist of lecture, video clips, case study analysis, and action planning.
