Preventing Violence in the Workplace

In this web-based seminar managers will be presented with the basic principles of the coaching process as well as practical strategies by which these ideas can be implemented in the workplace. In this practical and highly topical web-based workshop, participants will learn the facts, figures, and underlying causes of workplace violence, as well as specific actions and strategies that are available to organizations so that this threat can be prevented or greatly reduced.
