Managers need to have a basic understanding that non exempt employees need to be paid for all time worked and if employees are docked or paid improperly they can easily lose their exempt status. General policies about time, attendance, meal periods and overtime scheduling will be addressed. As an overview course, this e-seminar can be combined with the ADA/FMLA e-seminar.
