Welcome to the preview of IET's Perspectives on Workplace Ethics: What You Need to Know

This quick preview will give you a good first look at the structure of our online course.

Employees will review 11 workplace scenarios.

In each scenario, users are shown a realistic workplace situation and the different perspectives of individuals involved in the situation.

Users respond to multiple choice questions examining different courses of action.

Answer responses include discussions of the ethical issue and the best course of action to take in the future.

In order to sensitize users to different ethical concerns, they are also asked to identify ethical issues that may be present.

Following each scenario, users are linked to the relevant sections of your organization's Code of Ethics. Throughout the course, users may also access the full code of ethics though a link on the toolbar. IET's sample code of ethics may also be used.

After all scenarios are completed, users must certify their commitment to your organization's Code of Ethics, including an acknowledgement that they have read your organization's ethics policy.

At any time throughout the course users can access an "Ethics Hotline" and anonymously report ethics issues or concerns.
