ROBERT D. LIPMAN, ESQ.
Bob attended the New York State School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University and Buffalo Law School. He has lectured and written extensively on employment-related matters. He serves on the faculty of Practicing Law Institute's Wrongful Termination Claims course. He has lectured for the Federal Bar Council at the Continuing Legal Education Program on Employment Law for Federal Law Clerks. He has also lectured at programs sponsored by Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, the New York Chapter of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers' Association. Mr. Lipman co-authored What Supervisors Need To Know About Sexual Harassment, an award winning CD-ROM and online training program. He also co-authored A Call For Brightlines To Fix The Fair Labor Standards Act, Hofstra Labor Law Journal, Volume 2, Number 2, Spring, 1994. Mr. Lipman was also a Contributor to the ABA/BNA Fair Labor Standards Act hornbook. Mr. Lipman is a certified arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association - Labor and Employment Law Section, the New York State Bar Association - Labor and Employment Law Section and is past Chairman of the Wage-Hour Subcommittee of the Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. Lipman has represented both employers and employees in a wide range of employment matters.
ALLISON PLESUR, ESQ.
Allison is a graduate of the New York State School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University and New York Law School. Ms. Plesur represents employees as well as employers in a wide range of both employment and labor matters. Ms. Plesur has lectured extensively to groups of employers and employees regarding employment rights. Ms. Plesur co-authored What Supervisors Need To Know About Sexual Harassment, an award winning CD-ROM training program. She co-authored "A Call For Brightlines To Fix The Fair Labor Standards Act", Hofstra Labor Law Journal, Volume 2, Number 2, Spring, 1994.
DAVID A. ROBINS, ESQ.
David attended the University of Pennsylvania and New York University School Of Law. Mr. Robins has litigated many administrative hearings and is currently representing employees and employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. Mr. Robins was also a hearing officer for the New York City Transit Adjudication Bureau. He is an active member of the Labor Committees for the Nassau County Bar Association as well as the Suffolk County Bar Association.
SIMA ALI, ESQ.
Sima graduated from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and George Washington University Law School. After practicing employment law in New York City (where she also conducted many training sessions) she worked as a member of senior management for two Internet companies. She is now Director of Business Development at Interactive Employment Training, Inc. Sima is uniquely qualified to customize and deliver employment law related e-seminars in line with your organization's strategic business objectives.
