Steve Gorman,
Senior Director - Human Resources Management, AIG
AIG and IET worked together to develop the Discriminatory Harassment Prevention course. I believe this course will increase awareness about workplace harassment and help maximize affirmative defenses.
Beth Domingue Breaux,

Our office was given the opportunity to take the diversity course and the whole office loved it. It was very insightful and gave us a new perspective on how we should treat each other.

This user-friendly course contains challenges on sexual harassment issues that serve as a good refresher for even the most savvy HR professional. The program is interesting, featuring bold graphics and interactive questions.
Darrell Bradford,
Senior Manager Of HR Development- Samsung
State-of-the-art in multimedia technology. I have reviewed quite a few software packages, and this is by far one of the most creative, engaging and entertaining programs for corporate learning and development I`ve seen.
Erwin Froelich,
Director, HR/People Development Kehe Food Distributors, Inc.
I'd like to commend IET for the services you provided. The process of setting up the course for delivery went faster than I had envisioned. The basic course was professionally done, and our Kehe-specific material was effectively integrated. Feedback from our trainees was essentially all positive. Your compliance reports were easy for me to access and run, and allowed me to quickly see where my follow-up needed to be. In summary, this "first time" experience in web-based training for our company clearly exceeded my expectations.
Dr. Eric Parks,
The Lakewood Report: Technology For Learning
This program is the best I've seen to date on sexual harassment.

We have been recommending it to our clientele. To date, we have had extremely positive responses.
Stu Marcus SPHR,
Manager, Corporate Human Resources
Our organization selected IET as our vendor for online training in 2006. As part of my review process of this vendor and their course offerings, I had the opportunity to review their new course "Think Before You Send: A Practical Guide to E-Mail in the Workplace". I felt that it had very relevant information for my company, given the growing issues surrounding records retention, discovery during legal proceedings, and liability to not only the company, but also to the individual. As part of my final review, IET did a demo of the course for our President and General Counsel, both of whom were very impressed with the courses relevant information and content.

We rolled this offering out to our employees, and I received very positive feedback from my employees. Several employees commented that they really learned something. They were not aware of the implications of what they send, whether intended or not, and that they are now going to be more aware of not only what they write, but who is included in their messages. It was a real eye opener for our employees. Some of them have actually adopted a practice of writing an e-mail, but not sending it right away. This gives them time to put their thoughts down, think about it, and make necessary changes so that the message is clear, concise, and the correct message is being conveyed.

I would highly recommend this course for any company that uses electronic communications, whether only internally or externally.
Tom North,
Human Resources Director- Cummins Engine Co.
This is a great tool. Everyone in the company hears a consistent message.
Dee Fentiman,
Manager Professional Development - Austin Community College
This is a great training tool which offers sound advice, and encourages further discussion of the challenges related to sexual harassment issues.
D. Fink,
Willdan Group
I participated and completed IET's online course "What Everyone Needs to Know About Discriminatory Harassment" on February 5, 2004. Before Willdan I was with a company who put me through several training sessions on Discrimination and Harassment Prevention. This particular program stands out, and from an organizational point of view, is a lot easier to administer online. The course instructions were easy to understand and allowed me to proceed at my own pace. Good job IET!"
