sexual harassment prevention

After previewing sexual harassment training materials from several different sources, we have decided that your video, 'What Everyone Needs to Know About Sexual Harassment,' and interactive CD-ROM, 'What Supervisors Need to Know about Sexual Harassment,' are, by far, the best we have seen for our training purposes. In both cases, we were impressed with both the informational content and the quality of the presentation. The video is not overly long and presents the necessary information in a very straightforward manner. We plan to require that all employees, including supervisors, attend a video session at which the company policy will also be discussed. The CD-ROM does an excellent job of providing the additional information we believe that our supervisors must have in this area. Our employee population is very highly educated-- all of our employees have college degrees and many have Ph.D's--and we were looking for a set of training materials that would treat the subject of sexual harassment in way that would inform them and would hold their interest. We believe that these two courses fit the bill perfectly.'

"What Everyone Needs To Know About Sexual Harassment" takes a positive stance against harassment. We have found it to be extremely effective. It showed our employees that they shouldn't fear coming forward with complaints. Addressing sexual harassment directly is the key in preventing it from occurring - the video taught us how to do that."
