The Spreadsheet Information We Need From You Second, we need information pertaining to your employees. We need a spreadsheet that includes each employee's name, e-mail, identification of the form you want the employee to receive and wage information to include on the form. We can help you format the spreadsheet. Please call us - or your employment lawyer - to walk you through this process. We can use the New York Department of Labor templates (which most employment lawyers do not recommend), HRTrain's recommended templates or any customized template that you want to use. (Customized templates need to be translated into six languages). That's it. Our staff will upload this information into our automated Wage Notice Tool.
Privacy Concerns We understand that the confidentiality and security of your information is important to you. It's important to us as well. That's why we do not and will not sell e-mail lists. We maintain firewalls to protect access to our systems. All of our employees sign strict confidentiality policies and are trained on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your information. We have been in business since 1996 and have never breached the privacy or confidentiality of any of our clients. However, if you prefer, we can also arrange to install our Wage Notice Compliance Tool on your network so that all of your information will remain behind your firewall.
