Robert D. Lipman, Esq.
Mr. Lipman is an employment lawyer who has trained
thousands of employees about workplace issues. He has lectured for the ABA,
NELA, PLI, Lorman, NYTLA, Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations
and at various bar associations and law schools. He is the host of EEO
News: Workplace Law Radio. He attended Cornell University’s ILR School and
Buffalo Law School.
David A. Robins, Esq.
Mr. Robins attended the University of Pennsylvania
and New York University School Of Law.. Mr. Robins has litigated many
administrative hearings and is currently representing employees and
employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. He
is a contributing editor for the treatise Estimating and Proving Damages In
Employment Cases. Mr. Robins was also a hearing officer for the New York
City Transit Adjudication Bureau.
Dr. Paula Grubb
Dr. Paula Grubb is an educational consultant and
instructional designer who has been training Fortune 500 clients about
workplace issues for nearly 20 years. She has provided training at such
companies as IBM, Hitachi, Miles Pharmaceuticals, Eastman Kodak, Alpo Pet
Foods, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, KPMG, BMW and New York Institute of
Finance.
Sima Ali, Esq.
Ms. Ali graduated from Cornell University's School of
Industrial and Labor Relations and George Washington University Law School.
After practicing employment law in New York City where she also conducted
many training sessions, she worked as a member of senior management for two
Internet companies. She is now Director of Business Development at
Interactive Employment Training, Inc. Sima is uniquely qualified to

Allison Plesur, Esq.
Ms. Plesur is a graduate of the New York State School
of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University and New York Law
School. Ms. Plesur has lectured extensively to groups of employers and
employees regarding employment rights. Ms. Plesur co-authored What
Supervisors Need To Know About Sexual Harassment, an award winning CD-ROM
training program. She co-authored "A Call For Brightlines To Fix The Fair
Labor Standards Act", Hofstra Labor Law Journal, Volume 2, Number 2, Spring,
1994.
